Tips to thicken lining!

Hello ladies! I’m nearing my FET date and my first check in today my lining was only at 4.7mm 😤. We upped my Estrace and I’m going back on Monday and next Friday to check it before my transfer on 4/20. Any ideas to increase lining at home? I ordered some pomegranate juice (not from concentrate). I’ve also heard yoga and walking. I’ve been doing a lot of peloton rides. Should I cut back high intensity workouts? What other things have you done to get that lining thicker? Thank you!
