Labor Driving me crazy!!

Can anyone chime in here? I am 37+5 I was 4cm dilated and 60% effaced at my appointment on Monday. Yesterday went in to the hospital because I was having consistent contractions 2-5 minutes apart. After three hours on monitoring the contractions were still consistent but nothing progressed, so they sent me home and told me to rest for a couple hours until the contractions got stronger. As the day went on they stayed about the same. I then lost my micas plug and they stopped completely. And now today I have had nothing, no contractions (that I can tell) nothing. I’m frustrated and confused. Has anyone experienced this? Did it still take weeks for your babe to come?
