Is Tylenol extra strength rapid release gels safe for breastfeeding moms? Or is ibuprofen safer?

Hi guys, so I’m always having horrible headaches & migraines but I been so paranoid to take ibuprofen since I been doing research on nsaid & how it’s not safe
I’m getting mixed signals from both Tylenol and ibuprofen, so I’m not sure what’s safe and what isn’t, so I’d rather ask you guys, what has your doctor recommended you guys while breastfeeding?
Is it ok for Tylenol extra strength, or is ibuprofen better?

I’ve always taken Tylenol. I don’t see why you could take it during pregnancy but once born it’s harmful? That doesn’t make sense. I nursed my son 22 months and nursing again going on 4 months. I’m told at every appointment how perfect they are

I was told to take tylenol AND ibuprofen after my csection instead of whatever narcotics they wouldve given me. So while i was pumping i always took whatever was handy or whatever i knew would help. My personal preference is always tylenol if absolutely needed

My research suggest that ibuprofen was safe to take and tylenol wasn't, so that's what I do! 💁
