Anybody else super anxious about gaining weight? I’ve always been a little overweight (love to cook, drink and eat) but I did crossfit 4 times a week and always tried my best. In 2019 I had a liposuction because I couldn’t get rid of stubborn fat on my legs. During corona it was hard to find a steady excercise routine and I gained a couple of pounds. The first weeks of pregnancy I ate a lot of carbs and cheese because I was always tired and I really didn’t care that much. Last week my mom called me fat and I have found myself looking in the mirror every chance I get and I’m really anxious and paranoid about my legs. I feel very unhappy about my body and this is only the beginning. Anyone going through something similar or any words of advice? X
