Labor near?

So I’m 32 weeks and just had to get the steroid shots for baby girls lungs. I’ve already began to dilate and have been put on bed rest. Well this morning I woke up and my lower back is KILLING me. Also my boobs are full. And it’s not even colostrum it’s full on milk. It almost feels like mastitis. They are hot and full of milk. Is this normal this early? Is labor near?

I would call L & D and ask. I was the same way at 33 weeks except the breast milk. I was dilated at 3 cm then but didn’t give birth until 39 weeks so I’d call and ask if it’s normal or if they want you to go in.
