Not sure if this is the right section for this, but I figured it was a good place to start. My son (2.5) has recently made huge leaps with language. Last October he had one 2 word phrase, and now he’s spewing out full sentences (not all of the time, obviously). I’m wondering when is a good time to start working with sight words. He already knows all of his letters. Have any of you Mamas started your Oct 18 babies with sight words? Or if you have older children, when did you start?
