I’m not sure if i’m pregnant

i’m 17 and I’ve had the implant for 2 and a bit yrs now i know that sometimes it doesn’t work but i slept with someone in january and i had some pregnancy symptoms so i took a test and it was negative didn’t think anything about it. i’m very very skinny and people have been saying that i’ve gained a lot of weight, it does look like a bump but i don’t know if that’s me just bloating and im over thinking this
