IUI APRIL 3RD

Help! I ovulated on Friday, April 2nd I had an IUI on Saturday, April 3rd.... I had severe cramping during the procedure, mainly because my cervix kept moving while they were trying to insert the catheter. All the rest of the day, I had horrible cramps. The next day, they got better. Starting Monday, April 5th, cramps starting coming back. Ever since then I have had light cramps. Although today, Thursday April 8th, I have had lower back pain along with the cramps. I have also been extremely,EXTREMELY tired. I don’t want to overthink because it’s very soon after. But could this be early implantation signs????
