HELPPP PLSS

i need help 😭 so i’ve been having some itching and redness and tiny bumps but in my inner butt area, like near the vagina NOT the outer lips but just on the inner sides of my lower thighs near my butt crack (so sorry) . i haven’t used any new products besides dr bronners and i don’t use it to wipe that area i’ve only done it once. this has been going on for a couple days. i haven’t had sex with a man since december. i got tested and was negative. could i possibly have an STD OR STI? or could there be something else? i’m gonna go to the doctor but i’m freaking out so i wanted to ask you guys real quick.
