Can I off road at 3weeks pregnant

I’m on vacation with my in laws and I just got a VVFL this morning. We’re all supposed to go off roading tomorrow. It’s been planned for weeks. Is this a crazy horrible idea given that I’m possibly just under 4 weeks pregnant? I don’t want to tell my in laws yet that I might be pregnant. I also sat in a hot tub last night and had a margarita so I feel like a horrible person! Thanks.
