Hello! I got the kyleena IUD inserted this morning. Legit worst pain of my entire life. Had severe cramping the rest of the day, but finally starting to feel better just sore. This is where the TMI comes in. I ate a large meal for dinner and usually have regular bowl movements, especially after dinner but I feel constipated or like I just don’t want to poop because I’m scared to push. Did this happen to anyone else or does anyone have advice for going to the bathroom after getting an IUD inserted.
