Has anyone had zoladex injections?

I had the laparoscopic surgery where my endo was found and removed. Fallopian tubes tested with the dye and they are perfect.

Pelvic exam and my pelvis is perfect not tilted or any issues..

Endo removed last year accept for on my pelvis he isn’t able to get to.

Well I’m getting irregular periods and extreme pain again so I think it’s growing back. My Ob wants to put me in these shots... I’m skeptical with the research I have done.

Please let me know your opinions and experience
