My chart is all over the place and i can’t tell if or when I ovulated. I’m supposedly start progesterone this cycle at 5DPO but how do I know when that truly is? I had peak on Both cheipie opk sticks and digital opk but my bbt is being weird. Should I just go by the opk’s? I’ve also had really bad cramps from CD 18 and still having them along with very sore boobs.
