10 dpo symptoms- I'd love your opinions! 💓

I'm 10 dpo today and I'm having random pinching pains in my uterus. They are sharp and then dull cramping throughout the day. I've had dull cramps now for almost a week. Starting 5 dpo. I've never cramped between my cycle. Always the day blood really starts to get heavy. Has anyone experienced this? And did you get a BFP? I'm not really showing any other symptoms. I felt naseous periodically today but I already have a really sensitive stomach so I feel I can't really chalk that up to much. I have been going to the bathroom more frequently due to the urge but not a lot of pee. Not a UTI because I'm a frequent flyer in that department and it's not that. This wait is seriously driving me crazy. Worse this month than any other month. Can anyone shed some light or positive thinking on this? I'd love to hear what you think :)
