3 cats taking turns lying on my bed

This might seem weird but recently it seems like the three household cats have been each tag teaming each other to sleep on my bed. This has happened as far as I'm aware last night and today. I've also been a little on the moody sad side of things, incredibly gassy, ravenously hungry the past few days feeling almost sick if I didn't eat and today feeling sad for not being able to eat much. Weird stomach or rib sensations. Been off different BC since August 2020 and have been having super long cycles, so shouldn't mean anything right?!?!
