Milk supply & pumping
Hi working mamas, I will be going back to work next week and will have to pump 3-4 times a day while baby is at daycare. I worry this may affect my milk supply. For those who went back to work or had to be separated from baby after exclusively breastfeeding for weeks/months, did you notice an impact on your supply? If so did you do anything to help increase your supply? Thanks!
Baby is 4 months old for reference.
