Everyday exfoliate?

I need an everyday exfoliate that I can work into my current routine for my skin. I tried a honey and aloe mask and the honey has these crystal things in it that has been great for exfoliating but idk if I can use it everyday. I use cetaphil cleanser, differin, spf, cetaphil night moisturizer, aha bha peel mask twice a week. Ideas?

Exfoliating everyday is extremely unnecessary, it should only be done at Max 2x a week.

I use this on my body but only 2x (max) a week. Exfoliating everyday is not needed. Many masks you make at home to “exfoliate” your face actually cause micro tears in the skin and will weaken it and cause infection. A good cleanser 2x a day is fine, with an occasional delicate exfoliant
