My husband and I have been having sex since I was 16 years old and I’ve never had this problem. But the last two times we had sex my vagina burns soo bad afterwards. I am 37 weeks pregnant. Idk if that could have any thing to do with it.

Hey girl, I use to have sex a lot when I was pregnant and it wasn’t until I hit my 2nd trimester that I started to have that burn feeling too straight after, it even sucked when I knew I had to pee as well cause it would hurt. Running warm water on your vagina while you pee standing up can help, also a quick wash and massaging the area can help too but it’ll take a moment before the pain fades away. I did my research and I don’t think it’s the semen but having sex during pregnancy can cause sensitivity and discomfort because more blood flows through your pelvic region. With a larger-than-normal uterus sitting lower in your pelvis, it can also mean pain DURING intercourse aswell. Not what we wanna hear but I actually think it helped bring on a quick labour for me lol
