Sharp pain and blood

Sometimes at work I have to do some physical activity and two times I have started bleeding out my vagina. I am on birth control so I'm pretty regular. I also have this sharp pain kinda in the area where you would get gas pain. It's my upper stomach. The picture shows the blood clots that came out of me this most recent time. I thought it was a hernia until I started bleeding. Please help thanks.
