am I overreacting?

So I was talking to this guy I know on the phone and he was telling me how I’ve “never done a single wild thing” in my life and that I don’t have any friends. I was really upset when he said it, but what he said was true. Should I still be upset about it?

It doesnt sound like this is a kind person whose opinion should matter. If you are happy with yourself, I would let it (and this guy) go.

But if it’s true that’s why it hurts. You’re the only one who can change those aspects of your life if it bothers you. If it doesn’t then brush it and him off! Your definition of wild could also be different than what he’s meaning too?

I wish I had a friend that told me about myself like this! Lol honesty hurts sometimes because it’s the truth, I wouldn’t be mad at your friend over something like that.
