Open relationship problems

Hey everyone!

I just wanted some help and advice.

I’ve been seeing a guy for almost 9 months, we’re not in a committed relationship as he’s not ready for that and he quite frankly wants to sleep with other people. With that being said we spend almost everyday together and treat what we have as a relationship. We know we mean a lot to one another. Basically my question is, and my concern really is that he doesn’t care about me at all and he’s just saying things to keep me around. Is it possible for him to actually have feelings for me even though he’s being intimate with other people? Thanks I’m advance.
