SCH/boy or girl?!

Recently had my second ultrasound at 10 weeks (measured at 10 weeks 6 days!) I was thrilled to see baby and heartbeat but had a bit of a scare as the tech found a SCH - I would have no clue if weren’t for the ultrasound. Has anyone else experienced this?

Also I am anxiously awaiting NIPT and have no guesses for gender. I haven’t been very sick at all and heart rate was low to start then high last visit. Baking soda test says boy (did just for fun) can someone help me guess?! I feel like I can’t be the only one who has no idea how to apply all the theories!! I can’t seem to upload any other pictures other than this one! Any input is welcome :)
