How do I tell her I chose not to get the vaccine?

My sister knew I wanted to get vaccinated before her bachelorette. I wasn’t sure if I’d be eligible but figured as soon as I was I’d attempt to get one.

She called me the other day asking if I wanted a vaccine because she found appointments, then asked if my S/O wanted one.

He didn’t qualify so was going to wait until he did and I knew I had reactive airways but didn’t think that qualified(basically is asthma symptoms only when sick) because it doesn’t affect my everyday life.

I decide not to take it, but my mom told me my sister was under the impression that I booked the appointment(I never really said anything about it after she let me know about the appointments available) My mom then tells me that reactive airways is asthma and I would have qualified. The qualifications is fuzzy, they just say asthma and don’t check at all, they rely on the honor system.

She texted me today, the day of the appointment asking if I got the vaccine. I don’t know how to tell her I chose not to. I feel bad she went through the trouble of finding a vaccine but I honestly felt I didn’t qualify. I know she’ll tell me my reactive airways qualified me.
