How well do you communicate when angry with each other?

We always work our disagreements out immediately.  Never go to bed angry. Sometimes it takes hours and sometimes minutes. Sometimes we are up til 3am but it always gets worked out. We never let anything boil up.

We're angry at each other right now. I'm in the bathroom... Just sitting. And he's on his phone in the living room. I tried to cuddle and play but he's just not there. So I went and cooked dinner served the kids and but away the food. His plate is right in front of him. Even if it gets cold he still won't eat. Now I'm about to hop in the shower change and go to bed. Him, well maybe the bed but most likely the couch as always, but in the middle of the nite I'll wake up and bring him to bed or lay on top of him. And just wait it out. But I love him  and he loves me

We have really good arguments but we generally make up quickly if not immediately. We try not to let issues grow until the point of explosion.
