Trouble with Orgasm

Ok so, I am a teenager jsuk and I have not had sex or oral sex. I have found that I have trouble having an orgasm. I can easily have one when I use the shower head (which feels great), but when I use my hand I cant seem to get close. My hand feels good but never good enough. I used my hand before I ever used the shower head and it did not work then either.

I am not comfortable with my boyfriend putting his hand under my undeewear (which is totally chill with both of us), but even when he just pleasures me from over my underwear I just don’t really feel much pleasure at all. I guide him and tell him things as if I was masturbating, but like I just do not get anywhere. It is frustrating because I wanna feel good, but yeah. Anyone have any tips?
