Okay moms, my 6 year old son came home from school today (kindergarten) and told me he peed while he was playing on the playground BEFORE school.

I yelled at him and told him he needs to go inside to use the bathroom next time. That he can not pee himself. He did kinda fight with me over it for about 10 minutes saying he couldn't go inside. And I'd just keep saying you need to go inside to go to the bathroom. You can't pee your pants.

My question is should i say something else or bring it up to his teacher? (Wouldn't he go to class with wet pants?) Should I have said something different? I remember doing the same thing in Kindergarten but I also went thru a 'phase' were I went to the bathroom in my pants at 5 or so. I can't remember what happened to me, but I know I got sent to the principles office for it.
