What Supplements are ladies using age 43

Hi there ladies 
This is the 3rd month of ttc..
Currently patiently waiting due on 18/4/21
I first started off with the pregnacare conception and have been using them since January,I have,just this week started taking alternate the pregnacare plus with pregnacare conception..
 
what supplements has everyone else tried and tested.?

Here’s my list! TTC 14 months! 
I'm 43, after breakfast I have been taking 
1. Morning vitamin c + zinc, folic acid + vitamin d and iron, 
2. After lunch I take omega 3 fish oils, then after my main meal in the evening, 
3. Taking prenatal vitamins , 
4. I haven't had any alcohol or Coffee 
5. I have been going for a walk almost daily, plus some extra exercise whenever possible 
6. I have ate normally even allowed myself a packet of crisps and a bit of chocolate daily, I removed my fitbit, switched off and put away the WiFi booster, limited my time on my phone, laid in bed at night in the dark telling my body that its only 21,that a pregnancy will be successful at that age and my body can get pregnant easily and carry a baby to term and give birth to a healthy baby! 
oh and we baby danced every other day during ovulation, so one day off, next day baby dance and so on x
7. Fertility affirmations on you tube. 
8. V-Spa (google it) 9. baby come on (essential oils).. 
10. plenty of rest/sleep and balanced meals. I also got a multi-vitamin for hunny and testorome supplement to hey his finish good. I let you know if it works.

I’m 43 reg cycle I’ve been taking conception since October but it changed my cycle so I stopped in jan. I’ve since been taking prenatal pills and had a chemical in March. I don’t know what to take now but I’m so open for suggestions

I just turned 43 this month we started ttc a month ago barely it's hard to find the time with 2 little ones we are late at trying to start a family together,  but have had 2 successful pregnancies, 2 little daughters one is 2 and a half the other just turned 1 a week ago, and I  also have a 20 year old daughter, unfortunately had 2 unsuccessful pregnancies right before we had our 2 little ones we have now we were going to stop but the decided we wanted to try for one more I'm just worried now another year older I'm 43 and he is 46 so far only taking prenatal vitamins along with an extra folic acid supplement. Nouriche Fertility.  I've gotten pregnant twice on it but sadly miscarried because my egg quality is decreasing. Doctor is recommending donor eggs.

My periods are pretty regular at 27 days with occasional 30-31 days. Previously had some 25-26 days, which was due to stress, unhealthy eating, or low progesterone after IUI. I am taking the common supplements coq10, melatonin, vitamin d, and prenatal.

Also, have any of you had cycle issues where these supplements have helped regulate your cycle? Currently 42 and on cd69.
