Late period but not pregnant?

My husband and I had an accident recently. I started taking my Bc again regularly afterwards and it's been 35 days since the incident and this past weekend I took two pregnancy and both were negative. Not sure why I haven't had a period in 40 days?!!!

Well you could have just messed up your system by starting bc mid cycle. Sounds most likely. Or visit the doctor.

It never hurts to go to the doctor and take a third test.

Sometimes, when I think too much about being possibly pregnant, I skip a period or two. Dunno what BC is, though.
