Iud and sex

Okay so last week I had sex And my husband is pretty big he went to far back and I felt a very sharp pain. Then the next day I woke up with blood coming down my legs I was in slight pain and I went to my doctors and they said there was trauma and that I should get an ultrasound which is next week. I am currently feeling very weak and I feel like I'm going to puke. Any suggestions on what's going on with me?
