Health insurance

Any advice will help! I am a stay at home mom so I don't have my own income just my fiancés, which I am more than thankful for!.. How to I get health insurance? I tried last year but Medicare turned me down because I didn't have an income.. So I when to the office and they ask me who I was living with and I told them my fiancé, his income is way over the limit for Medicare which I knew so they wouldn't give me any.. What should I do? And I missing something or being misinformed??
