Milk Tea Boba safe for first trimester?

Okay ladies. Here again, I’m asking if any of you tried a Boba Milk Tea from the store? I’m craving it. Maybe just 5 sips and I’m good. Any thoughts?

It’s just tea and milk and sugar/sweetener and the little balls are made out of tapioca (same as in tapioca pudding, it comes from a plant) it’s about the same risk as getting an iced coffee from Starbucks (harmless in moderation)

Hun if it’s a very strong craving (most) of the time it’s your body saying u actually need something in it so if it’s a really strong craving do it. When I was pregnant with my little one I craved milk dr said to keep my milk consumption down as it could be bad for my bones. That was 6years ago a few months later my teeth started getting loose and have had a very hard time with them turned out I was saverly low on my vit d and cal. And the dentist said it had been from my pregnancy so I say if you crave it really bad do it cuz your body may need it and drs can’t see it

It’s not necessarily “safe”, as black tea, even in small doses, has been shown to inhibit folic uptake on a pretty large scale. Same with green tea/matcha. It’s been killing me because I love tea 😭 roobis is a great alternative!
