One a day or spring valley gummy prenatal?

Looking for one that has everything baby needs. 5 weeks pregnant and I had to stop my prenatal pill cuz it is way big to swallow and made me choke last night :/

Gummies don’t have iron, and you will need iron. Iron pills alone are a bit harder on your stomach bc they are more concentrated. Take them in the prenatal if you can tolerate. Try swallowing the pill using a cup with a straw. Some people make the mistake of trying to tilt their head back to swallow a pill, and that closes your throat.

I actually switched from the One A Day with a choline pill to Spring Valley gummies. I just have an iron pill prescribed to me by my OB since I’m low on iron and gummy vitamins don’t have iron in them.
