Vitex?

Anyone in here use Vitex? Does it help?

I have PCOS but it’s mild (getting worse) at this point. My cycles are anywhere from 34-45 days long. I do ovulate naturally and I have conceived naturally 4 times. I was on n Clomid when I conceived my youngest.

My husband and I are wanting to have a 4th child (2 miscarriages). I just had blood work done which came back normal. But my doctor wants me to go on Clomid immediately. We want to try naturally first. But with me ovulating so late and having longer cycles, it’s been difficult. So I’m looking into Vitex. My luteal phase is normal. I just have long cycles.
