Uti symptoms, blood in urine and pine green urine. Why?

My mom has had an angry uti for a few months and her doctor has put her on antibiotics for it. Every time it would go away and then come back. More recently there has been blood in her pee, and now her pee is pine green. She has no past medical problems and never smoked. She has gone for a urinalysis and ultrasound and her doctor called her and said she wanted to go over test results in few days.

What could this be? I’ve never heard of something like this before and neither has she.
