How often should I pump?

Hello Everyone,
My baby girl is 4 weeks old and I was wondering how often should I pump as she doesn’t go on my breast.😫

I don’t breastfeed so I only pump and I pump every 3-4 hours (usually more like 4) during the day and only once at night. I know I should do more than this but it’s worked for us so far and she’s almost 2 months old. I’m getting pretty over it so I’m okay incorporating formula if I don’t produce enough with this current schedule. I’m exhausted 😅

It would depend on your goals (if you’re wanting to exclusively pump, just pump some in addition to formula, etc). If you’re wanting to exclusively pump then I’m pretty sure you need to pump as many times as baby eats. If you’re just wanting to add some in addition to formula (that’s what I’ve been doing) then it’s less often and you can make your own schedule.
