Burning nipples?

23 weeks exact and my nipples are BURNING. I can’t make it stop and it hurts so bad. Any suggestions?

Could be colostrum coming in, at 14 weeks I remember my nipples burning sooo bad I was literally in front of family pushing on them cause they hurt so bad, and the next day I layed on them and it was wet all over my shirt. I started leaking colostrum by itself at 23 weeks

Nope, it’s due to fluctuating hormones.

Mine are ON fire like shirt can’t touch them hurt, and I’m still breastfeeding.  I asked for tips in my breastfeeding group and no one had anything to help.  It’s simply something that has to pass
