Uhhh... any doctors??

So my fiancé and i were having sex and after her came he got a bloody nose. This has never happened before. What could be the cause of this? He is 19 and healthy besides back issues. He is not on any new medications.

I'm not a doctor but that sounds like dehydration issue.. Have him drink water

Could be dehydration, high blood pressure or weak vessels in the nose.
Since it's December, I would say the dry air played a part. Probably not a big deal. :)
I used to have frequent nose bleeds especially in the winter.

If it's just a once off I really wouldn't give it a second thought. If it starts happening often then see a dr just to be sure all is ok.
