Herpes in pregnancy

I have had a few outbreaks during my pregnancy and I am sure they will put me on antivirals soon but I’m still so afraid of passing the virus to my baby during birth. I don’t want a csection but that’s the only way I can 100% know I won’t hurt the baby. Has anyone had this and has a successful natural birth?
