So I gave birth to my daughter about a month ago and I’m starting to get really keen to start doing the dance with no pants I’ve been having so many dreams lol 
I’m extremely anxious about doing it so I thought I’d ask all the ladies out there to get some help

8 weeks pp and still havent!
i am not ready, and that’s fine. my body literally went through trauma two months ago, i am perfectly fine giving myself as much time as i feel i need and my husband is supportive of that. 
he watched my son come out of my vagina, he understands what my body went through.

It would have been the 6 week mark for us, but the day prior to that I got admitted to the hospital for a week for going septic due to mastitis. So I think it was more like 8 weeks for us.

We tried at 4 weeks and 5 weeks but it hurt too bad both times. Finally felt fine at 6 weeks.

2ish months. I was physically ready at 6 weeks per my doctor but wasn’t emotionally and mentally ready for several more. 
Always wait till you are cleared. You have a wound from your placenta detaching and there is a risk of infection if that is not healed.
