13dpo Girls!!! Is this real?!!

This is at the 2 min mark, this is my 3rd pregnancy and we've been trying for about 5 years a miscarriage in '18 an ectopic in '19 lost my left tube. 
I pray this a smooth pregnancy. If this test is right😍

Started bleeding today 😔 we had scheduled blood work for tomorrow. I'm still gonna go. Get it confirmed I miscarried or a chemical or idk 😭
The dark first response(16dpo) test was 2 days after my clear blue positive (14dpo) I was confident and excited.
Waited 2 days(18dpo) and damn! Hit with a faint, tried telling myself I deluded my urine drinking so much through the night 🙄 or it was a shit test
But yesterday I took a digital (20dpo) and it came up negative.... I tried telling myself "im still pregnant, you idiot don't stress"
But today I'm bleeding, started as pink when I wiped when I woke up now its dark with small small clots.. I don't think this was it for me ladies 😪😭☹
