Yeast infection

I have gotten 3 yeast infections within the last 3 months. I do not know why! I shower twice a day. I am in a long distance relationship so when I do see my boyfriend we have sex all the time, so that might have something to do with it. I know you can get yeast infections from SO many things...But I do not think its normal to have them so often. Anyone else experiencing this??
