Indent or positive ?

I don’t know how many DPO I am. My last ovulation test was “high” and that was on 4/3, maybe 10/11 DPO... I don’t know what an indent would look like, here’s 3 pictures! Please help. First is unedited, 2nd is inverted (would an indent even show up on inverted), 3rd I turned down the brightness
