First Iui

So I had my first iui on April 5th. I had my trigger shot on the 3rd today I am 12 dpo and 11 dpiui. I tested today and got a negative I feel. We have been trying for two and a half years. Anyone see anything or am I out this cycle. Af is due Sunday the 18th.
