My son is 3 months old and exclusively breastfed. My husband and I are going four wheeling tomorrow and will be gone most of the day. Will it hurt my supply if I don’t pump or feed the whole time we’re gone??

Sounds like a recipe for a clogged duct or even mastitis more so than hurting your supply. You'll be much happier/more comfortable if you make time to pump a couple times while gone all day. I found that a car adapter was super helpful for times like this.

Yes. You're also going to have extremly swollen and sore tits. I suggest getting a hand pump to take.
