At first while feeding my 3 week old son, I was pumping up to 4-6 oz of milk per breast. Then, a week ago or so I started getting shooting sharp pains that would bring me to almost cry and my supply for each breast reduced to 1-2 oz per breast. I pump every 3 hours and this is taking a huge toll on me because I tried to use formula but hated the thought of me doing something wrong and that could be affecting my supply. Any tips on how I could fix this and get my supply back? I don't care as much for the pain as I do feeding my baby boy. My doctor didn't give me a clear answer, just said that if I see redness to call her. What if it's something else? Please help😟
