Orgasms?

So like do different types of orgasms feel different? Or would they all feel the same? I never orgasm from masturbating with just my hands, I have to use a vibrator. During sex I don’t know if I’m orgasming or just feeling close? The only time it’s felt “the same” or similar as when we tried anal.. I can’t keep doing that due to health conditions. I’m just trying to figure things out.
