What would you do if your husband said this?

My husband and I have a 8 month old boy, an he looks exactly like me. Which I tend to notice a lot of boys look like their momma at first... everytime we fight he’ll say “he probably isn’t even mine you probably cheated on me he looks nothing like me” Yet he knows I’ve only slept with 2 other people my whole life who I dated for years. I never been the type to “sleep around” so that’s why it hurts even more because he’s making me out to be a cheater who sleeps around. I’m so frustrated. It has been multiple times he’s saying this. He seems so jealous and hating that he looks like me. My family says it and he’ll just seem annoyed and be like “I told you” as if it’s a competition I’m so hurt and down
