Implantation doesn't occur till about 6 DPO. A positive pregnancy test is literally impossible at 2DPO unless you ovulated earlier than you thought.

my period always on time and barely have cramps it’s always end of the month this time was different i’ve been having bad cramps i called gynecologist she said it could be implantation bleeding since it does occur 5-12 days
