Faint line

Ok ladies, I need some assistance I took the first test Tuesday and I got a very faint line my flow was due on the 16th on the 17th I started spotting so I was like maybe I’m out this month my nipples are tender still which is very weird for me at this time in my cycle some told me to test again now the line is much darker but I’m still spotting I not sure what to think at this point any advice
