Not Showing yet at 16 weeks?

I am currently 16 weeks pregnant with a baby girl. A few days ago, I had a cyst removed, it was massive about 8 pounds, it made me look a little chubby. Ever since the cyst removal, I do not look pregnant at all. My belly is completely flat, flatter than I recall it being in years. Would it be considered normal to not show at 16 weeks pregnant?
